Ingredients:

• 12 candied cherries
• 2 tablespoons rum or brandy
• 250 g marzipan
• 125 g dark chocolate
• A little milk, dark or white chocolate for decoration

1) Cover the pan with paper baking. Cut cherries in half and put in a small bowl. Add rum or brandy and mix that all were covered cherries. Leave at least an hour for soaking, stirring occasionally.

2) Divide the marzipan into 24 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Push the top half of cherries in the marzipan ball.

3) Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Dip each ball with marzipan cherries in chocolate, put on the prepared baking sheet and let harden chocolate.

4) If you want you can decorate ready-made candy, covering them with strips of melted chocolate.

Note: You can flatten marzipan and cherry wrapped in it, and then cover with melted chocolate. You can put in half a whole almonds, cherries and a little rum or brandy, then wrapped marzipan and covered with chocolate.

• 50 g pumpkin seeds

• 200 ml cream 20%
• 50 g parmesan

 Cut chicken and mushrooms into thin strips. Fry chicken quickly in hot oil, add mushrooms and fry all together 3 - 5 min. Add salt, pepper, season with nutmeg, then lay out a form for baking. Cut each tomato in half and put on chicken. Scrambled eggs with cream and Parmesan cheese, add salt and pour the mixture on the tomatoes. Top sprinkle pumpkin seeds. Bake at 200 degrees about 20-25 min.

• cheese 300 gr
